Privacy notice

This notice covers oyendo.eu: the contact form and the page itself. Call recordings you send for an audit are covered by the data processing agreement we sign with your company before the audit starts.

Who is responsible

Oyendo is run by Artem Baranov, based in Spain. He is the controller for the data described here. Contact: artem@oyendo.eu.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. The email or WhatsApp number you leave, the optional note, the time you sent it and your IP address. We use them to reply about the audit, and the IP address to stop spam. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Page events. Our own counter records which page was opened, which buttons were clicked and which site sent you. It sets no cookies, and stores no IP address with these events. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the page people use (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Server logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.

We don't sell your data, show ads or make automated decisions about you.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel Inc., USA: hosting of oyendo.eu.
• Railway Corp., USA: the database behind the contact form and page events.
• Google LLC, USA: email, for form notifications and our replies.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Each transfer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider.

How long we keep it

• Contact requests: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
• Page events: up to 13 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to artem@oyendo.eu and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
